Easily separate fat from meat juice while straining out large herbs and browned bits. Fill Measurer/fat separator strainer with warm pan juices and let stand for 5 to 10 miutes. Fat will rise to the top. The specially designed low spout pours off only the good juices to make a flavorful gravy. Pour slowly for best results. Do not use in microwave.
