Contest Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older.
   
   One entry per individual, household and immediate relatives.
   
   To enter, simply visit the Cookin' Stuff web site at www.cookinstuff.com and enter your recipe on the official entry form on the web site. Complete the form by filling in all other required information, and submit it by clicking on the 'Submit' button. The recipe must include complete instructions for preparation, readily available ingredients, standard measures, and the suggested number of servings. Ingredients must be listed in the order of their use. Online entries must be received by 12 Midnight of the contest end date. On-line entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry.

2. Cookin' Stuff is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion which may limit the ability to participate or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the online portion of the promotion should an unauthorized intervention or other cause beyond the control of the sponsor affect the administration or proper conduct of the promotion.

3. Each entrant agrees to abide by these rules, warrants and represents that his/her recipe has never been published, and grants to Cookin' Stuff the right to edit, publish, promote and otherwise use the recipe without further permission, notice or compensation.

4. All eligible entries received will be judged by a panel of experts selected by Cookin' Stuff. The recipes will be judged based on originality and taste of the recipe. The judges will select one winner. The decisions of the judges with respect to the selection of the winner and in regard to all matters relating to this contest shall be final. Winner will be notified by email.

6. No cash substitution of prize allowed, except by Cookin' Stuff, in event of unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within fifteen (15) days of prize notification attempt or an alternate winner may be selected. By accepting prize, winner grants to Cookin' Stuff the right to use his or her name and recipe on its web site and in advertising and promotional materials, without further permission or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
