Recipe Title: Becca’s Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:
1 package - Large Elbow Macaroni - Cooked and cooled,
1 - English Cucumber, dice 1/3, slice the rest into thin disks for garnish on top,
1 - cup Ham - cubed; can be honey or smoked per your taste,
1/3 cup White Onion - diced,
1 small can (drained) Sliced Black Olives,
1 - Green Bell Pepper - diced,
1/3 cup Fresh Parsley (flat or curly leaf) chopped finely
Dressing:
1 1/2 cups - Mayonnaise,
2 1/2 tbsps - Rice Vinagar,
1 tbsp - Dill Weed,
1 tsp - Salt,
1 1/2 tsp - Pepper - coarse ground
Instructions:
In large salad bowl, combine dressing ingredients and whisk thoroughly. Add all other ingredients to dressing except reserved cucumber disks. With large spoon combine ingredients until homogenous mixture is achieved. Garnish top with cucumber slices. Enjoy!

Additional Comments:
Shredded carrots and fresh peas are also great in this salad.
