Professional chef Daniel Swift was slicing and dicing all day Saturday April 21 during Cookin’ Stuff’s Knife Sale and Demo sponsored by Shun Knives. Daniel demonstrated his artistry on a wide array of fruits and vegetables with Shun’s Custom knives. “People underestimate the importance of good cutlery, ” said Swift.

Hundreds of people visited the store during the heavily promoted event. “Once people can ask a professional like Daniel about a product and see it demonstrated up close, they’re more likely to purchase,” said Cookin’ Stuff owner Stacey Kaats-Baksh. “We look forward to having Daniel back for more interactive demonstrations.”
